Community Award

Sutton at Hone & Hawley Parish Council would like to acknowledge and

congratulate Chris Armstrong for his outstanding contribution to our

community. Many of you will know Chris from his long service to the Parish

Council, having served as a Parish Councillor for 16 years (6 years as

Chair). Chris' contribution to the community has not been restricted to the

Parish Council as he volunteered for and assisted in many other local

associations normally with a hands on approach. Whilst Chris has retired as

a Parish Councillor he still remains an active volunteer and can often be

found assisting up at St Johns church or at The Cottage Community (Reg

Charity). Chris, we salute you.
